Abbey Couch 5K

We are providing a weekly running programme for beginner to intermediate level runners. The programme will include both walking and running and will build up to two achievable milestone distances of 3 kilometres and 5 kilometres. We will meet the needs of all levels from first time runners to running enthusiasts. This programme will be based outside and is a great way to exercise, socialise and get fresh air in a fun encouraging environment.
